55 Flash Fiction Friday: Two Ships Passing In The Night

After two days spent in the same harbor the ships were back to just passing by each other for a few hours every night. One ship took on water and started sinking. The other ship threw out a line of rescue. "I won't let you down again," the rescuing captain said to the sinking boat.

Flash Fiction Friday is hosted by g-man.

  4. Ti -Indeed there is a lot packed into that word. I'm pretty sure the captain of that ship is aware of it too.

Alice Audrey -I'll have to post the 55 this is continued from. It was on my old blog.

Brian -Trusting after being let down is scary. Life is about risk taking. You won't know if you don't try.
